Evans M. Clements III - President/CEO
Mr. Clements has over 24 years experience in operations, logistics and sales and marketing administration at corporate and market levels in healthcare and general business. His areas of expertise are business logistics and operations, medical practice marketing, development and management services, nurse recruitment, medical practice valuation and referral development. Prior to joining International MedLink/Pacific Rim Nurses, Mr. Clements worked as a healthcare business consultant and prior to that, as a physician-marketing manager for Columbia/HCA. He oversaw development of new services, clinics and referral bases for individual physicians and physician groups, as well as facilitated physician recruitment and relocation. He is skilled in business development, recruiting, organizational planning and development of medical practices/facilities and growth initiatives. He also has experience in the syndication of ambulatory surgical centers and ancillary facilities.

Mr. Clements is a member of the Board of Trustees for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Vice President of the Board of Directors for the DuBose Conference Center, Monteagle, TN. and a member – Middle Tennessee Healthcare Executive Association (MTHEA). Mr. Clements studied management at the University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
